The BISHA National Championships |

The BISHA National Championships will be held over the following weekends:
- Youth 7th and 8th November 2009 at Simply Skate ( formerly Virtual Ice ) Rotherham.
- Junior 14th and 15th November 2009 at Lord Robert Centre, Bisley
- Peewee 28th and 29th November 2009 at Summerfields Centre, Hastings
- Senior 5th and 6th December 2009 at Lord Robert Centre, Bisley
Placings: Three places for each Region in Youth, Junior and Senior. Peewee: SASH 4, LESHA and SESHA 3, and NORTH 2
We did consider reducing the size of the Nationals in the younger age groups, but after careful consideration it was decided that the younger teams, especially the peewees, are just interested in playing and we have therefore taken a decision to keep all tournaments at 12 teams.
We have also kept to our decision, which all regions were warned about at the start of the 2009 season, that despite the growing number of teams at Senior level, the maximum places a region could expect to receive is three places.
